Classes 2025 - 2026

All participants must wear clean indoor sports footwear and provide their own water bottle.

How to Register

Online registration is available in the Register Online Store. You can also click the link for each semester to go directly to the registration for that semester. You will be directed to fill out a information form and we will process your payment online.


Youth Beginner: 

Youth beginner class is intended for youth who have never fenced before. Students will learn the basics of fencing and receive an introduction to epee, foil and saber. 

Ages 8-11, $150 per semester 

Limited to 14 participants.

Registration for Youth Beginner semesters 2 & 3 opened online only on December 11, 2025 at 9:00 pm. First come first served.

  • Saturday mornings from 9 am to 10 am at St Mary's Parish Hall


Teen Beginner: 

Teen beginner class is intended for teens who have never fenced before. Students will learn the basics of fencing and receive an introduction to epee, foil and saber. 

Ages 12-16, $200 per semester 

Limited to 12 participants.

Registration for Teen Beginner semester one opened online only on December 11, 2025 at 9:00 pm. First come first served.

  • Tuesday evenings from 7 pm to 8 pm at St Mary's Parish Hall


Adult Beginner: 

Adult beginner class is intended for adults who have never fenced before. Students will learn the basics of fencing and receive an introduction to epee fencing. 

Ages 16+, $200 per semester 

Limited to 12 participants.

Registration for Adult Beginner opened online only on December 11, 2025 at 9:00 pm. First come first served.

  • Thursday evenings from 7 pm to 8 pm at St Mary's Parish Hall


Intermediate: 

Intermediate fencing class is intended for anyone with previous fencing experience (i.e. graduates from the beginner classes or from another fencing club). Students will learn intermediate skills of fencing and receive instruction in preparation for provincial competitions.  

Prior fencing experience required, no age restrictions, $250 per semester 

Limited to 14 participants.

Registration for Intermediate fencing opened online only on December 11, 2025 at 9:00 pm. First come first served.

  • Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7 pm to 8 pm at St Mary's Parish Hall


Advanced: 

Advanced fencing class is intended for anyone with significant fencing experience or had previously participated in the intermediate fencing class (i.e. graduates from the intermediate class or from another fencing club). Students will learn advanced skills of fencing and receive instruction in preparation for provincial and out of province competitions. This class is not a beginner class.  

Prior fencing experience required, no age restrictions, $300 per semester 

Registration for Advanced fencing opened online only on December 11, 2025 at 9:00 pm. First come first served.

  • Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7 pm to 9 pm and Saturday mornings from 10 am to 12 pm at St Mary's Parish Hall


One Class Per Week (Advanced):

This class is offered for advanced fencers who would like to participate at a reduced rate once per week. Join us once per week on a Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday advanced session.

Prior fencing experience required, no age restrictions, $225 per semester.


Refund Policy

Regina fencing members that choose to cancel their membership will be subject to the following conditions:

  • Minimum 10% administration fee on any refund.

  • Memberships canceled in the first 3 weeks will be subject to a 10% reduction per week.

  • No refunds after the 4th week.
